Ongoing support

For entrepreneurs who have regular legal needs but don't require a full-time lawyer of their own. As part of this arrangement, I support the management board and key managers, review and negotiate contracts, keep track of open matters, and regularly flag issues requiring a decision. The scope and monthly budget are set according to actual needs.

Projects

Support for a task with a defined goal and scope — for example, negotiating a strategic agreement, a reorganization, a legal audit, implementing compliance, or organizing the contracting process. Before starting, we agree on the deliverables, timeline, and billing method.

Consultations

A conversation about a specific problem or decision. Before the meeting, I review a short description of the situation, and after the conversation the client knows what options are available and what the next step should be.

I am an attorney-at-law (radca prawny) and a doctor of law with more than 15 years of experience. I have worked both at renowned law firms, including Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak, and in Legal & Compliance roles at international organizations: Haleon, PUMA, and Avon/Natura & Co.

Over the years, I have supported management boards and owners in making important business decisions, negotiating contracts, managing legal risk, and building safe and effective processes.
